Ashvin Navadia is a highly experienced graduate engineer in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, boasting more than 22 years of experience in Product Design and Development, Global Sourcing, Vendor Development, and Electronics Manufacturing. Prior to entering the world of entrepreneurship, Ashvin gained valuable experience in the engineering and global sourcing departments of multiple organizations. Starting as a design engineer, he steadily advanced through the ranks, joining Elmex Controls Pvt. Ltd. as Manager of Product Development. With over six years of experience in this field, he moved on to Matrix Comsec, where he served as Head of Engineering and Global Sourcing. Before his current role as CEO and co-founder of Vinrox Technologies, he served as CEO and co-founder of Allnyx Technologies for nearly four years.
Ashvin's extensive experience and leadership skills have been honed through years of working in the industry. He deeply understands the challenges inherent in large-scale management and is a gifted orator who can inspire and instill confidence in his followers. With a keen eye for identifying opportunities where lean initiatives can help to eliminate waste in the organization, he is a firm practitioner of kaizen, continuously driving positive results and success.
