Customer- Atreyo Research & Development LLP is a dynamic technology company that specializes in conducting advanced research, innovative design, and cutting-edge product development within the domains of electronics, automation, and robotics.
Problem Statement – The project of Traffic Signal Countdown Timer has encountered significant challenges regarding the splash-proofing of the enclosure, which poses a serious threat to the integrity and functionality of the motherboard housed within it.
Solution – Atreyo has availed services from Vinrox Technologies for Turnkey PCB assembly and Box building assembly for the development of a Traffic Signal Countdown Timer which operates through a sophisticated programming system integrated into the motherboard, enabling it to function as a reliable countdown timer and send signals to the LED components as needed. However, a significant challenge arose with regards to the waterproofing capability of the product's enclosure, which was constructed using injection molding. The design flaw allowed water droplets to penetrate the enclosure, posing a serious issue that required extensive rework and would inevitably escalate both costs and efforts. To address this critical concern, Vinrox Technologies stepped in and devised a solution. We began implementing silicone gel application to reinforce the corners of the enclosure, effectively preventing water from seeping into the unit. Thorough testing was subsequently conducted to assess its splash-proof capabilities and ensure compliance with the IP65 standard. The successful implementation of these measures significantly enhanced the product's overall efficiency and reliability.
Customer – Splintly brought revolution in physical access control system by bringing controller less and fully wireless access control platform. Spintly has brought a remarkable transformation in the field of physical access control systems through the utilization of cutting-edge technology.
Problem Statement – Spintly encountered a significant challenge related to achieving a proper fit within the enclosure in a RFID wireless product due to a mismatch between the screw size and the brass insert in the enclosure. This issue hindered the smooth functioning of the product. Additionally, the testing process for the product involved manual entry, which was a time-consuming and error-prone task.
Solution – Spintly collaborates with Vinrox Technologies to streamline their operations involving PCB Assembly and box building assembly for RFID and mobile sensing. The project includes connecting an antenna PCB to the base unit, which also features a Bluetooth module. Vinrox Technologies has significantly enhanced the efficiency of the process by introducing a scanning system for testing purposes. This eliminates the need for manual addition of hexadecimal serial numbers and minimizes the risk of human errors. Furthermore, the fitting of the product posed a challenge as the size of the screw did not align with the brass insert in the enclosure. Vinrox Technologies identified this issue and diligently worked towards resolving it, ensuring a proper fit and enhancing the overall functionality of the products which has contributed to making the products more efficient and effective.
